Magnetic Stripe Cards |
| Excellence Loyalty & Reward Programs specializes in the manufacture of laminated plastic cards with magnetic stripe. We offer the full range of stripe sizes including single, 2, and 3 track widths in low energy 300 oes and high energy 650, 2750 and 4000 oes ratings. Magnetic stripe is either flush laminated in sheets or roll applied with heat onto individual cards. |

Plastic Membership Cards |
| Membership cards may be 30-mil credit card thickness but typically are thinner plastic that is bureau personalized or paneled with a receptive area for future laser, impact or hand written data. Excellence Loyalty & Reward Programs membership cards can be film laminated or protected with UV clear coat. Membership cards are supplied loose or mounted on forms for processing through personalization hardware. |

Paper Cards |
| Paper cards have a similar function to thin membership cards but are printed on paper instead of plastic then die cut resulting in reduced costs and less durability. Usually paper cards are mounted on forms for personalization. |

Laser Printable Cards |
| Laser printable cards are a polyester laminate material that makes them a durable longer life product than paper cards but the main feature is their ability to receive a top quality laser image from the full range of printers on the market. These cards are mounted on both sheets and on continuous forms for laser personalization and are ideal for client in house processing. |

Integrated Cards |
| Excellence Loyalty & Reward Programs integrated cards are printed on paper as part of a base form then over laminated on either one or both sides and die cut to create a card shape that can be peeled off the base form after personalization. The advantage of integrated cards is that they are printed at the same time as the form requiring no mounting. They are durable, thin and laser receptive enabling Excellence Loyalty & Reward Programs integrated cards to print easily on customer office style printers.

Continuous Card Mounting |
Excellence Loyalty & Reward Programs has specialized hardware to mount thin plastic or paper cards onto continuous form backers. These extremely precise machines allow cards to be affixed up to four cards wide and in the same position on all forms. Both cold latex and hot melt gluing options are available depending on client requirements. Mounted cards can then be personalized along with the backer form on high speed laser or impact printers then burst to single forms for distribution. Excellence Loyalty & Reward Programs can also mount labels, fridge magnets, envelopes and vinyl pouches onto forms using our unique equipment.

Data Entry |
| The initial step in card and mail package personalization is data entry. Excellence Loyalty & Reward Programs is able to receive hard copy input and key the data onto a database for review, correction, sortation and production processing. We also accept electronic submitted client data for bureau handling.

Laser Printing |
| As a compliment to the Excellence Loyalty & Reward Programs mounted card products we have both continuous and sheet fed laser printers to personalize the card on form packages. Laser printing of barcodes on continuous labels is also available.

Embossing / Encoding |
| Excellence Loyalty & Reward Programs plastic cards are often embossed by raising the plastic card surface profile, topped in coloured foil then encoded by arranging magnetic particles on a pre applied magnetic stripe. This type of card personalization is most often used for visual card identification and electronic access to stored data for card verification and transaction processing.

Bar Coding |
| An alternate method of storing client data on a card or form for electronic processing is the printing of a series of black bars to represent data. This data when scanned by a light source creates a processable electronic signal similar to data read from a magnetic stripe. Excellence Loyalty & Reward Programs can either litho print, laser print or thermal image barcodes onto our product for scanning type applications.

Thermal
Imaging |
Excellence Loyalty & Reward Programs is able to print both data, logos and pictures in both black and full colour onto both surfaces of plastic laminated cards using heat and a thermal transfer ribbon process. Some thermal imaging is covered with a scratch panel for security.

Card
Affixing |
| Excellence Loyalty & Reward Programs affixes personalized cards onto pre printed forms with customer mailing information, verifies the card form match then affixes the card onto the mailer with latex glue. Card affixing is necessary to ensure the card does not shift around during mailing and delivery.

Lettershop Services |
| Lettershop services include the initial processing of client data and back end insertion of a mounted card on an addressed carrier along with promotional inserts into a window envelope. The envelope is sealed, mailing documents are prepared and envelopes inducted into Canada Post. Excellence Loyalty & Reward Programs can process first and third class plus incentive rate mailings depending on volume and mail density.
